Nolva for more than 30 days is this right? cycle

Ok i heard that running nolva for more than 30 days is not good, but every one tell's me that it is good to use it through the whole cycle and then pct? what is the right way to go, i want to be safe about all this before i start my cycle, hoping some of the experience vet's in here can give some advice.

iknow some athletes who have naturally high estrogen levels who run nolva dail year around with no problems.
i would run arimidex during cycle and use the nolva for PCT.
