nolva dose?

how much nolva would i need?

400enth/wk
300eq/wk

i've searched and looked through shitloads of posts and got only saw onlya couple of different dosages. i don't know if the dose should depend on the amout of what steroid you are taking. thanks for any help.

Usually people take arimidex/liquidex to help prevent estrogen related sides (ie gyno, bloating, etc) and have Nolvadex "on hand". Take Nolvadex if you start to feel any gyno symptoms or if you are sensitive to gyno @ 20-40mg/ED. 20mg/ED should be fine. Bump it to 40mg/ED if you're having a problem with gyno.
