Nolva / Clomid

Anyone got any advice on the best way to use the above products. I have always been lazy in the past and never bothered ( Yep I know I should ). However I Am looking to start 500mg sust per week + 50mg Anadrol per day for the next 8 weeks.
I know Anadrol is a baddy for turning you to pudding water wise.
General guidance suggests 10mg of Nolva during the 8 weeks and 50mg clomid for 10 days after the course is completed.

Any guidance as you all know the above products are not the cheapest and I do not want to get more then I need.

In addition whats the going rate for the above products anyone else in the UK got any prices dont think I am being ripped off on them, I only really know what the AS going rate are.

Day 1: 300mg clomid / 20mg nolva
Days 2-11: 100mg clomid / 20mg nolva
Days 12-21: 50mg clomid / 20mg nolva

Welcome to Elite and i usually run at

Clomid 100mg/day for 10 days, then 50mg/day for 10 days
Nolvadex 60mg/day for 10 days then 40mg/day for 10 days

No price discussion on the open forums but neither are expensive in the UK both will cost less than and Apple Core per box in the UK.
