Nolva/clomid dosing? And times?

Hi guys, will be starting my pct soon, just using Nolvadex, Clomid, and an AI, but I'm having trouble finding the exact dosage? And how long I should run them for? also I've heard of people feeling sick after taking clomid in the morning? If anyone could help me out that would be great.
