nolva and clomid back to back please help

I really hate to start a new thread on this, but I can't find my answer anywhere. I know nolva is more potent in blocking estrogen than clomid. I have both on hand three 3 weeks left on my cycle. I want to get rid of my slightly puffy nips like now!!! They don't ich or anything but are always hard I am not pleased with how it looks. Can I administer nolva now then hit my hcg one week after last shot of test, run nolva a few days into my hcg then start my clomid??

one week after last cyp shot HCG 2ius every other day 10 days continue running the nolva untill my 12 day after last cyp shot then switching to clomid after at 250mgs day one 100 day2-10 and 50mgs for another week.
Hope this makes sense sorry I just woke up Also at what dose would one administer nolva???/ Thanks a lot guys

Well, I would just wait until the cycle is over or until you cut and use Femara with some nolva while cutting. Just using nolva has never gotten rid of puffy nips for me. It has to be either liquidex/femara.
