i normally take mine when i wake, on an empty stomach(not sure if that really matters though). Ive never had sides from it, but some people think it can hinder gains slightly.

According to anabolics 2004, it says that certain steroids produce greater gains, when accompanied by a small amount of estrogen. Never seen anything to back it up though. Do you know anything about this? cheers

sorry patsfan explain? are you saying that by taking nolva the only hindering would be that you wont retain water? but will retain muscle already built?

two parts to these questions....

1. Too much inhibition of estrogen yes, will hinder gains. But, at 10mg a day, you will NOT even come close to actually preventing muscle gain. Don't bother worrying.

2. By taking the 10mg/day during cycle you will effectively be helping prevent the excess estrogen related side effects... Bloating, water gain, gyno... etc...

and it builds up and what happens when you stop nolva and have a high amount of estrogen built up?

no doesn't matter, helps when you take your orals at the same time so you don't forget them daily tho. Except if you're splitting up dosages on AAS that is, then you'd take at diff. times daily

yes nolva blocks estrogen binding, arimidex prevents the aromitization(sp?) (prevents it from forming)...

The excess estrogen from Nolvadex blocking will be expelled eventually from teh system... You wont have a build up effect. At least that is the common thought...
