3) Doesn't work with Yahoo right now - Yahoo is trying to get rid of other clients that are hitting their servers - essentially getting a free ride without distributing the ad content that Yahoo serves. So I can't really complain too much.
On my system, if I start up Trillian with a Yahoo profile enabled, it will crash the program - I have to (mid crash) disable the Yahoo profile and then it will work.

Is this why you're never on Yahoo anymore?

I am currently not on AIM either.

But yes, as of a few days ago, Yahoo decided it would bitchslap the clients that aren't their own.

I guess that is their deal, but if I start up Trillian with an active Yahoo connection in there, it will crash it.

I haven't used AIM in ages - I just use Trillian into an AIM account.

I don't do anything on it beyond normal chatting, so they are all the same to me - except that Yahoo tells me when other's are typing (which the AIM secure connection in Trillian will tell you as well).
