NO2.....what do you bro's think?

There's another product I've been reading about that's gaining popularity. It's called "NO2". It may be something I will add to my 10 weeks off-time arsenal.

From Baskiller:

What is NO2?

NO2 has created a revolutionary new category of muscle-builders and muscle-enhancers known as "cell-signaling hemodilators".

Through mediation of the "signaling-molecule" nitric oxide (NO), NO2 induces powerful hemodilation and creates dramatic increases in muscle size, strength, endurance, power output, and load capacity.

With its advanced sustained-release technology pHyser3, NO2 generates a virtual permanent muscle pump, now known as the "perpetual pump."

NO2 was created by the same man who introduced Creatine to the market in 1993 - Ed Byrd, co-founder of EAS™ and now president of MRI™ (Medical Research Institute).

How NO2 Works

NO2 creates - and sustains - levels of nitric oxide in the skeletal muscles.

Nitric oxide is the muscle's "cell-signaling" molecule responsible for blood flow (hemodilation), oxygen delivery, glucose uptake, muscle velocity, power output, and muscle growth.

By creating and then sustaining levels of nitric oxide in the skeletal muscles NO2 delivers continuous muscle-enhancing benefits around the clock. Like amplifying muscle-growth signals for faster gains in lean mass, accelerating both fast and slow twitch muscle fiber for greater strength, providing complete "full-body muscle recovery", and increasing endurance index (EI).

In addition, NO2's sustained hemodilation (continuous and amplified blood-surge to the skeletal muscles) generates a "perpetual pump".

Before the introduction of NO2, hemodilation occurred only during intense exercise, and lasted for a relatively brief time. Now, with NO2's extended-release delivery system pHyser3, it is possible for hemodilation to last all day long! That means greater results and faster gains for you. And, of course, a "perpetual pump."

i buddy of mine gave me 2 bottles for nothing. he is a rep for a big supp company. anyways, i went throw both bottles and got nothing. it's a crap supp.

The best credibility of this product comes from the name "Ed Byrd" since he was tied in with the introduction of creatine. This made it quite popular at my old shop but its popularity has since faded (I assume since it is rather expensive and most guys were telling me it did not work very well :( , if at all...) Having never tried it though all this is second hand info...

In all fairness this supplement seems to be very two sided. I have heard many people say it does nothing - however, I know people, including myself who it works very well for. I have gotten moderate but respectable gains from it, and two of my friends have gotten impressive results. I do know two other guys who come in my nutrition store who say that it did nothing.

I think it really is a good supplement, and the MAIN reason some people find it ineffective is that they take it incorrectly.
I think people underestimate the importance of following the directions and taking it at least 30 minutes before and after eating. I also think a more appropriate dosage is 9 tablets per day instead of 6.

Following these directions I find the effectiveness to be more than that of creatine or most any OTC supplement.

None the less - I don't think it is financially practical for the majority of the population.

There's a post about it on another supp site...i think bodybuilding.com that just shows that its an effective transport for arginine. Ice something or other showed how you could make a similar product for around a quarter of the price. Ill see if I can find it for ya.

My roomate loves it. He said taking double the dose is awsome! It get expensive...$90 a month for double dose.

Yah I wondered about this stuff myself but thought I'd let the dust settle and wait and see what the verdict was. But it looks like this is going to be like anything else, just try for myself and see. I guess that's the only real way to know. It does sound interesting though, but it's just so damned expensive.

The only way to find out if it will work for you is to try it! If you decide to give it a shot then post a thread and discuss why you did or did not like it so we all know.

Thanks ZC.

Bro........quit teasing me:p

Post it!:)

I used it and it *may* have had an effect. If so, it was pretty negligible. Maybe it is good to take it if you don't get any red meat. My friend, whom fucks a lot of girls daily, says it helps him to keep his dick hard.
