no2 (argenine) caffeine, other fatburners together

I read in the NO2 book ut out by GnC to not take ephedra because it acted oppostie NO2 in constricting blodd vessels. Doesn't caffeine do this as well? So coffee shouldn't be taken with NO2 nor should any other fatburner, correct? How can I tell if a fatburner works by constricting blood vessels or not (they all do prettty much, don't they?)

by NO2 I dont refer to a brand but argenine based vasolidators in general
