Well I'm trying to get a formula for a post and pre workout shake, thinking i'm going to use Nlarge2 for the protein/carbs, then add in creatine monohydrate, ALA, and what else? I want to start back onto an NO2 supp, I took nitrix a while back and got some really good pumps, but even the knockoff brands cost too much cause a 35$ bottle lasts just about 2 weeks

So i've found Larginine powder that is a lot cheaper, would that work to go into the shake, and be taken the rest of the day? I read other posts where people were talking about it, but never found anything about any results....
Dunno just trying to get a recipe and i'm not sure what best route would be.
