Take it before or after workouts? I was told to always take creatine post-work out but the container says before only, not even after. :confused:
 
NO-Xplode is a pre-workout supplement. I've used it before and got great results. Though, I did get dizzy a few times.
 
Ive been using No xplode for a couple months now, I ve found if I take it 30-45 minutes pre workout it works great. then immediatley after workout I take cellmass. I am very pleased with both supplements.
 
i take the NO before workout like it says too and def gives me a pump. havent tried the cell mass though. i do notice sometimes with the NO i get heart burn after working out
 
No-Xplode works good i also have had good results wiht Trac Xtreem.....the directions on No-Xplode say to take it even on off days, i wouldnt, doing so would make your body used to takeing in that amount of cafeen evey day and thus becoming resistant to it.
