no xplode vs superpump 250?

I've used both.... Superpump made me and 3 friends poop all night long, and Noxplode was good for 3 or so workouts, then did absolutely nothing for me.

I've had better success with N30 by MRi, and Nitrobolic, so either of those get my pick over superDUMP250, or NoXplode(after 3 workouts).

I'v takin both.... pump250 hands down better than NO, NO is a waste of money, its good for a bout two weeks then you just adjust. pump keeps it coming strong focus and you wont get used to it on your first jug. I like to do a month on a month off. Its out of your system and comes out punching again when you pick back up. and it saves money.

SuperPump works great for me. I took it about 30 min before everywork out and was pumped up and had crazy engergy in the gym. It did give me the sh*ts for about a week though. Make sure to drink plenty of water.

do you mean noxplode power or noxplode pills? It really depends on your body, what your goals are, and many other factors. How often do you work out?

I bought superpump last week. The suggested starting dosage did nothing - literally - so I'm going to have to up it. This is suprising given I'm 70kg

How can you say it did nothing: you said it yourself - you started it last week.

OP: Understand that you need to know what you are doing, and you need to effectively utilize the benefits of a product, to see whether it works or not. Chemically, every supplement should do exactly what it is supposed to do. The person taking the product, their body's biological reactions to the chemical reactions, and the workout program, intensity, frequency, and effectiveness, are only a few of the numerous factors of which determine if and how well a product will "work."

It can bother your stomach as well. If you feel nautious, this is usually a normal reaction to extremely potent creatine (and sugar and carbohydrate - look at the back of the label) such as Cell-Tech and Superpump250. In this case however, I have found that it is usually skinny guys who get this reaction, because it is just simply too much for the body to be able to take -- and the queasy stomach is a sign of that! Simply lower the dose below the recommended amount until when you take the supplement, it no longer bothers your stomach.

Let me know if this helps. I have a lot of experience with this kind of thing.
