I know that I am not the biggest guy, but I wanted to post some pics today before my cycle starts, today. I am 214 5'10 13% bf. I wanted to be alittle thinner, but could not wait.

I am red from tanning. So in 10 weeks when I post results I should be tan, we will see how I grow.
 
No dead on shot? From the front?

I dont know where that 13% stat came from either, maybe its suppose to be 31%......sorry bro just breakin your balls a little.
 
Co9me on now the camera adds a little. Sorry about the ass crack. I had my bf test at my gym. Where they measure the arms, legs, back, chest, stomach, it said 12% and the second test 12.5% so I am saying 13%. I don't have any fat on my legs though. I'm not a pro bodybuilder or a runner, just like to lift and just came off a broke leg. After my cycle and I begin cutting we will see how I look. The reason I didn't post from the front is because
I look fat. It is the camera though.
 
It's always the camera, isn't it...

You're 16% at least. 19% at most, but I wouldn't put you that high unless your legs are unusually fat. But 13% you are not.

Not that it matters, of course.
 
Thats just what the test said. Why would I have to build my self up to any of you. I just wanted to give you guys an idea of what I look like. I doubt that I am 19% bodyfat. My arms, chest and legs have very little, and I don't think that my stomach and lower back are holding 40lbs of fat. Come on. Thats the last I post any pic unless I look like a fucking body builder. 16% would put me at like 35 ilbs of fat. Do I really look that fat? After the cycle I will test it again, and after 3 months of lots of cardio and high reps lower weight I will test it again. Before I broke my leg after 6 weeks of sust that same test said I was 11% bodyfat. I wasn't that much thinner. Can you honestly judge someone's b/f by a picture?
 
Also, I didn't want to even post a pic, because I was worried about how fat I looked. But once again I think that people are better than they are. Why don't some of you post some pics and let everyone see them?
 
Anthony, relax. Nothing wrong with carrying a bit of extra fat at any point - it's removal is a part of bodybuilding. No one is judging you, just pointing out that the test was inaccurate. That's all.
 
You got some stones to put those up here for the world to see.. don't waste energy worrying about what some people on the internet think your bf% is, just train your ass off and diet hard.. good luck, looking forward to seeing your progress.
 
Thats cool. I just can't believe that everyone was on the b/f. I didn't even expect any posts. Just wanted to post pics. I will go in tomorrow and have someone else do the test. Also I will post after the cycle and after i spend the spring working off the water and fat.
 
Well now you have a little extra motivation to push yourself to the limit on this cycle. We'll just have to wait for those after pics.

Nobody is cutting you down. We just think that BF stat is inaccurate. You look like you have a solid structure to work with. So after some balls-out training, and clean eating, you should be able to post some more pic in a few months and shut us all up. Look forward to seeing them, good luck!

You are closer to 20% bf imo, but that wont matter...:o

The fact is you have more guts than most guys here...alot of them WONT ever post their pics...(hence NOONE is really slamming you, lest you might call them out on it :D...)
Post up your updates on your cycle when you do it, and welcome to the board :)
 
20% bf estimate for sure.....not that it matters ..screw the bf% even if it was more....just do your cycle...and psot pics after..good luck
 
when i used to PT we measured bf using thos ecalipers...they are way innefective....then we switched to thos eelectronic devices you hold in your hands those are only off by about 3% so it cool

Good luck Anthony...Just have a plan and stick to it. You got the size to work with. Train hard and post your result (pics) later so will can all be impressed and you can feel smug as hell!

Thats cool. I started yesterday, I lifted today and my leg, where I injuected the sust hurts like hell. Normal? Whatever my b/f is, I don't care. I want to gain some weight through this cycle and then cut it up. I actually wanted to wait a little while but to many things felt right. Will the sust d-bol increase my b/f? And after with a good PCT, will I be able to keep them while cutting? I also eat as clean as possible. Today, 4 egg white 1 yolk, toast, glass of milk. Can of tuna, 1.10 lbs of Salmon, 3 servings of peas, 3 servings of peaches, Chicken beast and 2 protein shakes. I also am getting ready to eat three cheese burgers. Very little fat from our own cow. I know it is still bad. I doubt I will post pics again for a while. Maybe start of summer, Thin I will be thinner and starting another cycle.

Ya bro....sorry but you are not 13% I can tell you that! But who cares, you got some hard work ahead of you and you'll have fun!! Start the dieting bro cause you could really stand to loose about 25-20lbs. No big deal just do it!!
 
Big ups to you for posting up your pics. Don't worry about the haters on here. Gives you more to work for. Don't worry about you bf% just train your ass off and keep diet in check and improvements are around the corner.
