Hey kid I was just messing with ya. If I known you were such a entrepreneur and know this much about life I never would of said anything...lol

I don't know personaly about the Red Blast but I do know about the NO-Xplode. I use it before every workout and I love the focus, the pumps and the extra energy it also supplies a workout. To be honest I don't think I'm going to try Red Blast because I'm the type of guy who does not like changing from supp to supp, especially when I find a product that works and works all the time. I want to here from people who use it to see if it is something that I might consider. Like I said I don't like switching from supp to suup but it has happened before and it can happen again.

i gave up on supps years ago, ive been traning for many years now, I do my workout, i do all my lifts, and i do them with correct proper form, i do not see how a motivated individual (which is what all lifters/juicers should be) would be effected in any way shape or form by a "smart drug" increasing focus. Also, let me tell you, its a supplement, not a drugs, which means it has not been evaluated by the Food and Drug administration, which means you can say whateverthefuck you want to say it does and sell it as that. shit i can capsule up some grass clippings and call it whiteys focus factor, grass is not evaluated by the FDA, thus legally i can do this as long as it is not harmful! people keep feeding into all these supps bullshit, thats why the supplement industry is a multi billion dollar a year buisness.

lol this sounds very dumb, the more focused you are the more efficent you will be? tell me how this correlates in real life ot lifting? going and lifting and doing all your lifts, as vs going and doing all your lifts while staring verry hard at your weight while still doing all your lifts. thats one crappy lie, do all your lifts period and you will get the same results

dude, you have just clearly demonstrated your ignorance. Focus has anything and everything to do with training. Being focused allows you to zone out and block out the young punks who do nothing but stand around and talk on their fucking phones, it allows you to concentrate on your very last rep, and giving your complete 110%. Focus allows you to not give up halfway throughout a workout, not cut yourself short on the muscles that are weaker than the others, focus helps you do that 35mins of cardio three times a week when you are fat and you realize you want to make change more than anything in the world. Focus allows you to follow through with obtaining goals that you set, long term and short term. Hell I dont even know why i wasted my time for you.

All i know is that you are not a true weight lifter. Honestly, you are probably one of those chumpass teenagers who do nothing but walk around like an ignorant ass in the gym hittin a few bicep curls and trying to flex. Get some heart before you ever post again.

Go talk to any boxer, any NFL athlete, any person who has even half of a brain how effective they are with a foggy mind.. If you cannot concentrate and focus on the task at hand you cannot put forth 100% effort..

haha, all you see concentration as is staring? So, when you talk to girls or even listen to people for business do you just stare at them? Have you ever actually LISTENED to someone.... or.... do you just usually 'hear' them?

Do you even know what it's like to be focused?

or

wait... you have a J.O.B. right? With that mentality, you must...

A W-2 wage earner mentality..

I'm sorry but I'm just dying laughing right now..

BTW, the smart drugs help CNS activation as well.. your brain is a major portion of your CNS. Anatomy 101 up in here. that is actually something they should have taught you at school, I know it's hard to remember when you're not focused....

SORRY, BUT I'VE BEEN READING THIS ENTIRE THREAD. I COULD NOT AGREE WITH YOU MORE, T-MATT. FOCUS IS INTENSITY.INTENSITY MEANS BALLS OUT TRAINING SESSIONS. SOMETIMES PEOPLE FORGET, AND I DON'T KNOW WHY, THAT THE IRON GAME IS AS MUCH MENTAL, IF NOT MORE, THAN PHYSICAL.

Ok i will clarify this.

Stimulants, coffee, ephedrine, most likely have the most muscle recruiting ability. Obviously releasing norepenephrine and finally adrenaline will make you life more.

Just to simplify for some of the people in the dark out there...We DO NOT use 100% of our muscle in a lift. This is where the mental focus, stimulants kick in to give us a little extra recruitment.

It would be like comparing someone who treated working out like eating breakfast and someone who treated it as a life or death situation...over time...with proper training of course...who would lift more?
