No sperm and clomid

My wife and I are trying to have a baby and I had my sperm checked. It came back ZERO as expected. I had just finished a cycled of tren, Eq and enanthate and had stop the cycle 4 weeks prior to the sperm count test. We went to the fertitlity DR. yesterday and hesaid that taking HCG or clomid doesn't help. His reasoning is that it's better to let your body get to a homeostastis naturally and that taking clomid or hcg can give yo "negative feedback", in other words take more time to recover. During my 14 week cycle I did take 500 mcg of hcg every 4 or 5 days.
Any opinions would be great.

I just went through the same thing, posted up another thread on here about 2500iu's. I was off for 3-4 months before i started the HCG and clomid but it worked for me. Zero sperm still in October and 9million/ml today.

What was the dose of clomid and how long did ya run it for. I have some but after what the doc said I don't want to hinder the natural process.

i have heard the different opinions about sperm count while "on" over the past ten or so years and it is absolutely amazing the different effects that aas has on different people. i got my girl pregnent on week 6 of a heavy 16 week prop and eq cycle, she miscarried at week 13 of my cycle and she was pregnant again by week 18 of my cycle. The doc told me i was one fertile son of a bitch. today we have a beatiful 2yr old baby girl that is healthy and smart as hell! and yes it is my child you smartasses! :) WIERD
 
Not being a dick but why would you run a cycle during trying to have kids?

well for one thing she didn't know i used aas. and we were on the theory if it happened it happened. but i was taught and i was told that your chances of concieving while on are slim to none. i guess they were wrong. i have never heard of complications with pregnancy from the father using aas. have you guys?

oh ya ive heard lots of shit about it. but i have never heard of proof of it i would just be iffy about it thats it.

your lucky bro... from what i've read only about 8-10% of guys can do that!

there is NOTHING (that I found) linking birth defects to roid use!

low sperm count yes, birth defecs, no.

We weren't neccesarily trying to have a baby on my cycle but several years back I did have a child while on. But to do it right I have been off for about 5 weeks but doctor said he would advise against clomid so I stop taking after a week.
 
I haven't done a "real" cycle in well over a year but I was using test at 340mg a week up til last summer. So I was off a while before going on the HCG and clomid. I won't stop the treatment or use gear again until the wife is prego. Hopefully that happens by march so I can get that pre-summer cycle in....Baby first, braun second...LOL
