No progress on Incline bench using Dual Factor training for 3 weeks.

Well, I've been using Dual factor Training for maybe 2 months now, and for the past 3 weeks, my incline bench has not gone up one lb. I'm stuck at a certain weight for 4 1/2 reps..can't get the 5 like I'm supposed to be getting.

In my opinion, I'm not going to failure like specified..I'm never sore the next day...I may take the rep a little into where it starts feeling iffy, then i back off and end it.

I also feel like I'm eating enough.

I am also taking certain supplements that undoubtedly should be boosting my strength levels. And I know for 100% certain they are real.

Anyone out there have any ideas?

Also, deadlifts haven't gotten any easier either.

I'm thinking maybe I should toss Dual factor for a month and do a 3 day split going to failure on the last rep of the last exercise, doing 2-3 exercises per part?

i dunno man.

My incline bench strength actually dropped 20 lbs while doing DFHT... but I was cutting mind you...

I personally didn't like the program. I had a hard time getting my lifts up. Too much volume, too often. But that was just *me*. Have you gained any muscle, weight, etc? Maybe you need to try something else.

How much sleep do you get each night? Are you eating enough? Are you following the program to a t, etc, etc, etc, etc. Go over all of that, and then decide if you want to continue on, or try something new.
