check this out all, thought you might find it interesting, not sure how well it'd work for ppl wanting to REALLY build muscle though. BUT, spose it might marginally help ppl like those talked about in the "fat chronicles" or whatever it was. You know, the ppl to lazy to get off their ass and do stuff but have all the time in the world to complain about it. anyway, here it is.
