Whats up fellas,

I am trying to cut about 15% bodyfat and a friend who is an amature bodybuilder has put me on an insane diet, and workout schedule. He said If Its only for people who WANT THE RESULTS. Well I have tried everything from Zone, to EAS challenge, to Keto, he gaurantees me this is gonna work, and it has been working.


3 Meals composed of (8 oz. tuna, cod, or orange roughy) with 2 cups of lettuce and cucumbers.
2 Meals of 30g protein shakes

4 high repitious workouts a day with a 20 minute cardio in addition to five 30-40 minute cardios in the morning.

Supplementation: Syntrax-mirabol, syntrabol, adipo, mm4, glutamine, and protein

It is my 12th day on the diet and I am down 12 pounds, but I tell you I have not one day been able to eat all of the 5 meals, at least 3 of them. I can't stomach anymore tuna or cod, the smell, the look, texture, I just can't but I really do want my six pack if I have to I have to. Is there any other meat that is lean enough that I can substitute for fish ? I dont have a problem with salmon, trout but they have too much fat right ?. I would rather just live on protein shakes. I really dont care about loosing muscle mass I just care about loosing the fat I can gain muscle easily its not a waste if i loose some or a lot as long as that fat comes off.


What do you guys suggest ? Should I add anymore supplements ? or change anything ?
 
instaead of tuna ?

chicken & turkey breast are low fat - high prot alternatives
 
Just try another fish or as mentionned chicken breast. BTW why dont you try to mix your tuna with somethig ? »I mean it could help......

I was going to say no wonder you lost 12 pounds but you caught your own mistake. :) I say replace with chicken breasts or alot of eggwhites.
 
I can't even smell canned tuna or salmon anymore after eating countless cans straight out of the can for years. it's been ~3-4 years since i've ate tuna out of the can. Fortunately, you are able to substitute various lean meats, poultry, and grilled fish to aid your 'healthy' eating for every day life. Bottom line, don't worry if you can't eat anymore canned fish...there are numerous alternatives...just get some preotein in ya and don't be picky. Eventually almost all the protein you eat gets absorbed anyway. The only difference is in its digestive breakdown rate (ie meats compared to whey)

Real food is best. But two shakes a day is not unusual in order to take in the protein requirements for bodybuilders.
