Whats up fellas,
I am trying to cut about 15% bodyfat and a friend who is an amature bodybuilder has put me on an insane diet, and workout schedule. He said If Its only for people who WANT THE RESULTS. Well I have tried everything from Zone, to EAS challenge, to Keto, he gaurantees me this is gonna work, and it has been working.
3 Meals composed of (8 oz. tuna, cod, or orange roughy) with 2 cups of lettuce and cucumbers.
2 Meals of 30g protein shakes
4 high repitious workouts a day with a 20 minute cardio in addition to five 30-40 minute cardios in the morning.
Supplementation: Syntrax-mirabol, syntrabol, adipo, mm4, glutamine, and protein
It is my 12th day on the diet and I am down 12 pounds, but I tell you I have not one day been able to eat all of the 5 meals, at least 3 of them. I can't stomach anymore tuna or cod, the smell, the look, texture, I just can't but I really do want my six pack if I have to I have to. Is there any other meat that is lean enough that I can substitute for fish ? I dont have a problem with salmon, trout but they have too much fat right ?. I would rather just live on protein shakes. I really dont care about loosing muscle mass I just care about loosing the fat I can gain muscle easily its not a waste if i loose some or a lot as long as that fat comes off.
What do you guys suggest ? Should I add anymore supplements ? or change anything ?
