No More Tired Workouts!

Sitting at a desk job all day has been taking it's tool on my workouts. I was drained of all energy before hitting the gym. I changed up the vitamins I was taking, and made sure the doses were optimal. Now energy is not a problem and I don't have to take the "Orange" stuff anymore. Anyone who wants info, e-mail me and I'll send it to you. Don't post your e-mail address on the board as that is Spam waiting to happen.
