White House has said that Bush will not be using his little phrase any longer due to it causing negative images. (you think?) So I guess we won't, after all, be "staying the course."

NONE of it has to do with figuring out how to win in iraq and come home. Cuz they know they're fucked and have no way of doing it. So it's more meetings with PR people, and less meetings with generals and iraqi politicians.

Staying the course implies that there was actually a plan to begin with. It's quite apparent that there was never a plan for dealing with the current situation.
