No Meds Hiv Poz Guy

hello everyone I am pretty new to this forum and would like to ask anyone who can help me but first let me tell a little bit of myself, I am 35 years old and been poz for 2 1/5 years now but not taking any HIV meds yet and hopefully for a long time I am taking HGH (QD) for about 3 months and stop I really don't know if that HGH help me raise my T-cells because it's still up and now I am planning to start to use steroids to comes with it and also put anavar, if anyone can tell what is the best for my case I am open for any suggestions.
