No offense to whatever clinic that is, but usually best to seek out a doctor who is familiar with HRT... if this *is* legitimate HRT
You should try talking to your doctor first... explain to him/her how you're feeling (decreased libido, low energy levels, fatigue, unable to focus, sexual issues, etc.)... request bloodwork done to measure at least your test levels (total test, free test)... an experienced HRT doctor will measure more (such as LH, FSH, E2, prolactin) to get the entire picture... if your test levels come out low, then your doctor can prescribe test for you if they are knowledgeable or they may refer you to an Endocrinologist or Urologist... whomever you seek, ask them up-front if they're experienced with hypogonadism (abnormal/low test levels) and HRT
