Nizoral 2% -how often?

EOD....with poly-80 shampoo on the off day. also i use minoxidil 5% on the vertex area....and generic spiro 5% on the front/middle area. i was thinking about using it ED while on winny, but i figured it would fuck up my scalp using it that much. but if the guys say it works OK, then why not....its pretty cheap. spiro is a PITA for a guy like me who has just about all my hair still. hard to get it on the scalp area where it needs to be to combat the hair loss from AS. i am using as a preventative, not necesserily to grow back hair...but if some grows back in the meanwhile, more power to it!

That poly-80 shampoo I don't think it works to tell you the truth i just notice my hair thinning out more. i was using nizoral and i thought it was working ok then i stopped using it and started poly-80 shampoo & noxin for 6 -8 weeks so far and i think they dont do much b/c i haven't sen any difference except for thinner hair so I'm going back to nizoral only.

sweet I love waking up to replies. So Nizoral's not enough for Winny huh...shit! What else do I need? Something otc, because I'm not going to be on that much longer so ordering and waiting for shipping just aint going to cut it. Does winny give you guys freaky pumps or what. I have been getting the most painful pumps lately, the only thing I have changed is adding winny- it took about 2 weeks to kick in at 50mgED...taken orally...never done this shit before...but I like it - just hope it doesn't melt my rug.

sorry bro, but your wig is gonna slide off! j/k....lol. nizoral seemed to work pretty well alone for me with winny....but there was still substantial extra hair fallout nonetheless. i am like you....i started spiro cream at the last week or two of winstrol because i ordered it too late. but i figure to use it for the anavar cycle and beyond, to regain anything i may have lost while on the winny and not using proper "protection". lol. i am getting some jurox winny here soon for next time around.....i figure it will be a better experience gains wise over the IP winny i used this last time. i'd work it in with the anavar this time around....but it makes my arms break out and i am not in the mood for anymore of that shit at this time. you can use minoxidil 5% OTC for the bald spot area....but for the frontal, spiro cream seems the only route.

i used it every day during a dbol/test cycle and it worked just fine.

I use it everday. I keep it in my gym bag and when I shower, I use it first and let it sit there while I clean the rest of my body. Good shit, havent lost any hair yet, plus it kills all kinds of shit out your hair. LOL. I have a red blood mole or whatever on my head, kinda like a skin tab. After a moth of Nizoral, it killed it and its gone. I love this shit.
