nitrotech vs designer ..which is better and when to take

which powder taste better? is it ok to have a fast absorbing wey before you sleep or will it get absorbed too quickly in your system....people say mix it wit a lil milk 2 slow down the absorption before sleep/??

For slower digesting proteins you can also check out their night formula or design your own.

Also fiber (ex metamucil) and/or Flaxseed oil will slow down absorption of the wheys
