Got some of these as a freebie and they taste great. I do have to question them actually containing 40g of protein though. I drank the EAS for a long time and they were the same size with only 20g per box. I have to wonder if it is a hype thing - I mean if it only contained 20g who would know? Like any of us would pay to have it tested for label accuracy. Anyways...just ramblin...even at 20g it is a useful thing to keep at your desk for a quick fix

What's more, the label says it contains only 1 gram of fat - indep. tests showed 2.64.
