i buy VALUE WHEY at vitamin world in the mall. or when my friend works at GNC he hooks it up with what ever is in a bundance on thier shelfs.
dont spend the extra cash on any MT produts. i have a container of that stuff and it is no better in my opinion than the GNC private lable protein i got last week!
