Nipple soreness !!

What's up guys, just need some quick insight.

Basically I'm on a test E & EQ cycle this is my 7th week & taking 600mg/ week each. Everything is going great so far, good strength and size increases. Absolutely no issues, until today.

felt a little soreness in my right nipple. No puffiness or nothing noticeable. Just like a little discomfort. Is this a sign of gyno ?' I know I should've been running an AI from the begging but my boy, said should be okay since my cycle was mild.

In the case that it is gyno, what should I do ? What AI should I use, how often and how many mg ??

Ps. I'm 22, 5'5 at about 190lbs at the moment.

Yes it is a sign of potential gyno. There's nothing mild about 600mg test. Many people don't ever hit that high on test. You boy doesn't know your body though. Just remember that.
I hope you have an AI on hand. Because if not you can only make it worse by waiting to take it. Aromasin is best. Take 12.5mg for three days to get your estrogen down then 12.5mg eod or e3d.
By the way, is this your first cycle? And pretty soon the EQ should start kicking in.

You need arimidex bro... Your estrogen is elevated... .5mg every day until the soreness is gone, then run .5mg every other day... Some people get soreness regardless of how much test they run.... Can be 2000mg or 300mg, it just happens to some regardless

Let this be a lesson. Your boy dnt know too much. You d not need that much test. And an ai is a must
