You deadlift 285?!?! :(

Because of my back I yawn out an injured-style 200 x 12 ! :bawling:

Best was 315 for 4... best recently was 290 for 4 cause I've been skipping gym days viciously this month. Then again, Frack outweighs me by like 25lbs so I have the right to call him a wuss for deadlifting less than me. =)

Only 315???? I can lift that with one hand.....hahahha...whatever.

Nice job for your size. Have you put on any more weight recently?

No. I'm still tipping the scales at 175lbs. Hoping to put on some decent weight a lose a little BF by summer. Going to start this Max-OT program Frackal has been worshipping over AIM. We shall soon see its quality.

Thanks.... although, I used to think that I'd rather be stronger than I look than look stronger than I am, but now that I am, it's not as cool as it used to seem.

Fly, yours is impressive. Deads have always been strong for me. I only wish my bench was up like them. Deads are all about technique, plain and simple. When someone corrected me on doing them I skyrocketed. Plus my friends at Organon helped too

fbd......i just decided to start powerlifting with some guys who compete and the only bad thing is that i need to get to 275lb. but i think you and i have the same friends in the business......hehehehe

LOL yeah....I have a feeling I could do the 110's but I am worrie about tearing my rotator cuffs out of their sockets....I dont go to failure usually on DB presses

I am FAT...I will not deny it. I am a pretty chunky guy...I'll admit it.

I wasn't laughing though...no matter if you are deadlifting 95 or 625...you are still deadlifting and it is impressive. I began at 135...and it hurt just as bad then as it did when I pulled 625 on Sunday.

Well keep in mind that I am dealing with a back injury that was obviously and still is a very serious one, or else it would be healed by now.....it is honestly healing at a tremendously slow rate, but still healing...it gets a bit better every month...

I injured it deadlifting 325 for 6, slipping halfway up the sixth rep, that was me natural after training (knowledgeably) for a bit less than a year, I've been training for almost 2 and a half years now but spent almost a full year basically debilitated..who knows what I'd be pulling now if I was healthy...

Keep trying...it will get better...although mine is still killing me. Doing heavy lower body exercises on Sunday along with heavy event training is starting to get to me...but I must get prepared for Boston. And I don't want Night Fly to blow me away!!!
