Night Fly in St. Louis!

Had the privilige of watching Night Fly train in St. Louis this past weekend, and I got to take some video.

The first video is of her keg load and drag. If that's the wrong name, I apologize...can't remember exactly what it was called. You can see Willie Wessels (man in the white hat) following the sled towards the end of the video.

The second video is of the stones. You'll see Willie from the beginning of the video, and Dione approaches from the right.

I was training after these two, and missed the chance to film her last two events, but she did great all around!

Thank you, Project! I actually like the videos! I figured that I would look like an idiot (and I'm sure that I do to some people....lol).

I need to work on my stones, that's for sure. I couldn't get that 190 stone during the time, but 10 minutes later I came back and got it by itself.

It is getting closer and closer to the time... I just want to get my picture made with Becca...lol. That's a big female, that's for sure.

yes she is... how heavy were the kegs and stones.. for that first stone she literally just chucked it up there.

I believe that the kegs were 110 pounds each and the stones were from 60-190 pounds.

The kegs were 100 lbs each and the sled was 100 lbs, so in total the sled + the kegs weighed 400 lbs. It was fun...and I definitely enjoyed it. OH, and yeah...it's in MO not Mississippi! Thanks for the clarification, Spatts.

Hehe...I WISH!!! No...seriously...I am just going to go and do the best I can. She is awesome in her lifts and I'm sure she will do well! I will be cheering for her, too.
