Nicotine May Be Useful In Weight Loss?

yes, nicotine and caffeine is useful, before cardio especially, I read a study in the New England journal of medicine that reported 5.3% metabolic boost at rest, and 12.1% metabolic boost during exercise (60% mhr I believe) I've been doing nicotine/caffeine/green tea stack with good results.

Tell me more! Are nicotine gums useful? Have you tried nicotine gums? Where can i get them? Karma for anyone who can give good answers.

these test were done using 15 micrograms of nicotine per kilogram of body weight... a man that weighs 200lbs is roughly 90kg .. dumarier light regular cigarette contains between 1.0 and 2.2 mg of nicotine.. 1000micrograms = 1mg as you can see this is easily enough, though I'm sure you can also buy nicotine gum at your local pharmacy.. different amount in tablets..

here is a direct link to the study...

I use cigarettes, cause I can get them more easily, and only when cutting... and I don't smoke that many per day (3) and only before exercise, I also have will power, so addiction is not a problem, and these are consumed with green tea and ala/r-ala if available.

if you have problems with addictions I do not recommend the use of nicotine.

Nicotine is a stimulant, pure and simple. But the potential for addiction and negative sides far outways any benefits. Their are much better stimulants out that will assist with weight loss. Stay away from nicotine!

Exactly.

Crack cocaine and methamphetamine are stimulants as well, and people know its not smart to use them. Nicotine is the same and its more addictive that Coke, Crack, and Heroin.

Are you a body builder looking to cut up or are you ADHD? Ritalin if you are ADHD or both. Otherwise, you can use any hosts of fat burners that agree with your health and CNS. Some include caffein, ephidrine, clem, and yohimbine.

But the botom line is that you need to eductate yourself first and foremost and to master diet and cardio!

I chewed nicotine gum like crazy for a good month... never became addicted... looking back I definitely went through a withdrawal, but I didn't know what it was from... can the addiction be more of an oral fixation thing with cigs, than a biochemical dependence?

I've known my fair share of smokers, they do infact say a large part of it is the oral fixation, even when chewing nicotine gum, they said they weren't craving, but just wanted to smoke something... I think a lot of people for something to do, ones that have periods of time, where nothing is required doing or periods of thinkin are nescaserry with no external stimulation, so smoking something passes time... ie writers.. housewives.
