for lifting the right way :) . I did a leg/core session today and had a few established lifters complimentme and my friend's form.

Squats 295x4, 315x4, 355x4, 375x4 I might have been able to go higher but just coming from a week layoff I felt leave off on a good note. No spot need on all sets and no wraps or belt either, as alway past parrallel about 4-6".

Front Squats 3x8 185lbs nice and easy work on quads and being able to hold the bar steady, good burn ;)

Squat Gm's combo, squat to parrallel first and then gm the weight.
185x6, 205x6, 225x6* pr felt real good and light

SLDL off 6" podium 2x8 with 235 nice and smooth and full stretch, no wraps needed and good lockout speed :)

Leg ext and leg curls supersetted due to lack of time:( .. 120x12 on each for 2 sets on each.

And then we called it a day and went to the China Buffet for protein. Weighed in at 200 flat with clothes and shoes on, drop the water weight prett easy over the last few days

super sweet squat session ..haha

you went past parallel ooo hehe
how that feel with 375 ...yikes !!

good job bro, youz a strong mofo:D

they weight wasn't that bad, I can't ever go to parallel it seems since I am so use to squating low. But I have never had any knee problems ever. I am feeling much stronger going heavy with the weight and my back is real steady with the added stength work. I want to hit the mid four's by december

Those are good solid weights you`re using. keep it up.

Thanks everyone, Hammer I brought Jim along, got to hand it to him he is making solid progress. If I could only get him to stop thinking like most lifters, lol.

I figure by then of school this year I want to be able to squat with 5 plates for reps, I can probably get 4 plates if I am fresh for mayb 3-6. the biggest difference now is I start to push up when I am about 2-4 inches above parallel slow the weight down and make the lift very smooth
