for lifting the right way
. I did a leg/core session today and had a few established lifters complimentme and my friend's form.
Squats 295x4, 315x4, 355x4, 375x4 I might have been able to go higher but just coming from a week layoff I felt leave off on a good note. No spot need on all sets and no wraps or belt either, as alway past parrallel about 4-6".
Front Squats 3x8 185lbs nice and easy work on quads and being able to hold the bar steady, good burn
Squat Gm's combo, squat to parrallel first and then gm the weight.
185x6, 205x6, 225x6* pr felt real good and light
SLDL off 6" podium 2x8 with 235 nice and smooth and full stretch, no wraps needed and good lockout speed
Leg ext and leg curls supersetted due to lack of time
.. 120x12 on each for 2 sets on each.
And then we called it a day and went to the China Buffet for protein. Weighed in at 200 flat with clothes and shoes on, drop the water weight prett easy over the last few days
