please critique this and tell me what you think on this cycle:


weeks1-2 750mg sus
weeks3-8 500mg sus
weeks1-8 300mg deca
weeks5-8 50mg winnny
weeks1-8 .25mg arimidex
weeks10-11 clenbuteral
clomid 300,100,50

this will be my third mass cycle then i will cut for the summer
do u think i need nolvadex also or does the arimidex cover it also i have extra proviron 24 50mg tabs left over what can i do with them?

Looks good to me.

If you have enough arimidex, you won't need the nolva. However, .25mg/arimi/day might not be enough. This is something you will just have to find out.

I would save the proviron for when you hit the clomid. I would take one/day.

yea i gues we'll see but if its not enough could i take nolv with the arimidex to insure myself its also cheaper i get arimidex for 220 for 28 tabs lot o money

I would change a few things around bro....

1) Increase your deca to 400mg. That's about the average dose. 300mg seems borderline wastefull.

2) Take the winny for another 2 weeks after your last deca/sust shot. Then begin clomid the next week. This way, all the drugs will leave your system at the same time. You could do it your way, but then you'll have a 3 week period where your stagnant--and you could make use of that time with more winny. And make sure you wait ATLEAST 3 weeks after your last deca/sus shots before you begin clomid. Also, if you have arimidex, you don't really need nolva. That's about it.....goodluck bro!

I use nolva too when running armidex at only .25mg a day. they do not work through the same mechanism, and thus compliment each other. Armidex reduces the conversion of test to estrogen, while nolva is able to block the estrogen from binding. While .25mg armidex a day does not work well enough for me to block gyno by itself when running test at a gram a week, it does reduce the level of estro by a good percentage, ensuring that the level of estrogen is not so high it outcompetes the nolva for the estrogen receptors in the nips. To achieve the same protection and hardness of the armidex/nolva combo with just armidex, I have to run the armidex at about 1-1.5 mg a day, which is pretty damn expensive. Think of armidex/nolva as a synergistic anti-estro "stack."
