I got a 10 pound PR on my bench this morning. 
The odd thing was, I slept very poorly last night AND I did it AFTER my regular 5x5 chest workout. I just felt really good and it's my last workout before Christmas vacation at my parents' house, so I just went for it.
It wasn't incredibly tough, either, so I know next time I try to max and I'm fresh I'll get even more.
Also, this was 10 pounds more raw than my old PR, which was in a shirt (the only time I tried a shirt, borrowed from a friend so it didn't fit too well).
