Nice Before and After

That's awesome. THese wheelchair athletes still amaze the hell out of me.

The thing people keep forgetting is that its NOT rocket science and actually it shouldn't take a 'special person' to accomplish that. Its just what your body WANTS to do and was BUILT to do. Our lifestyles dictate our shape. ... based on the typical preson's shape, that aint' saying much about our lifestyles.

Props to her & her clients!

I think Christine and Catherine are pregnant or have just had babies in their before pics. Doesn't seem like a fair comparison.

Otherwise, amazing transformations, though.

The first wheelchair guy was in M&F a couple of months ago.

I think the just had babies are fair.
I probably would not say that if I didnt have a 3 & 4 year old.
What I mean is that those gals may have looked like the after pictures before getting pregnant, then just gave birth. Naturally, they are going to lose most of that once the baby is born.

dont doubt what binetti can do,she helped needsize make tons of progress, and dude has one of the best physqiues ive saw

trainer, dietitian, the whole deal,if you want to get somewhere with your body and got the coin, many people suggest her,she was a pro bodybuilder,in the mrs olypmia etc

Needsize will attest that her methods are superior to a lot of others out there.

I think that is reason enough to shut yo mouf.

Not necessarily. Getting pregnant and giving birth is pretty traumatic - not just to your physical body, but to your hormones and the like. it can take up to TWO YEARS for your body to return to a pre-pregnancy state (including normal hormone levels). Add in breastfeeding .... yikes.

Exactly-
The body just aint the same after baby. Especially if mom is over 30 (in some cases anyway) I know every women is different

They say for the body, the best age to have a baby is 17 years old. After 35 the skin, body, muscles and hormones may not bounce back like you would hope they would.

Not to take anything away from her, but these transformations aren't that difficult when people will listen to you and eat how you advise them to. The problem is that people have no discipline when you aren't around. She has only serious athletes for the most part, people who have paid a LOT of money and are accountable to that. Anyone who competes knows that these transformations are relatively commonplace.

You are scaring me, Daisy girl. :worried: I'm not starting out perfect, in the first place. I hope this stuff comes off. I've already got a pooch at 9 weeks.

I'll be 37 in march and have been noticing lately that the skin on my body is not as elastic as it used to be. I hope I don't get lots of stretch marks or crepe paper belly. If I do, I guess it is a fair price to pay for a little baby. I just have been slathering myself with cocoa butter to try to prevent it. My mom had 4 babies and not one stretch mark. Two of the babies she had in her 30's. Maybe I'll get lucky and share her genetics in that regard.

Her site does not mention it but she also has great cycle advise.
