what does this stuff do and how long can u use it for?

it's supposed help release natural growth hormone if I remember correctly...it's also known as vitamin B3. It's sold over the counter so i presume at "normal" doses it can be taken indefinatly.

I also knew people back in high school that used it like Golden Seal to pass drug tests. Although to use it correctly, you had to overdose on it - which makes your skin turn red and you itch like crazy. I laughed my ass off watching that one. It worked for them, but at a cost.

It has many uses. BB use it before shows because it causes dialation of the blood vessels to improve vascularity. Also causes deeping of skin color.
