NHE bodybuilding diet, tips?

Hey all, I'm trying the NHE bodybuilding diet. I've used the cutting diet with great success but thought I'd try the NHE bulking diet. Problem is, I dont know how to get enough calories. I tried drinking 1/4 cup of olive oil twice today and both times it was exiting the other end about an hour later. So, my question is, how do I get easily obtainable high fat, low carb, moderate/high calorie foodstuff? Ive heard of some greeks drinking olive oil but damn I dont see how they can. Course, it wasnt as bad the 2nd time so I dont know if the body just needs to get accustomed to it or not. Please help people. I just want to be bigger (cant use juice) and this supposedly is good bulking while keeping the fat gain associated with bulking to a minimum. Any and all helpful comments are welcome. Thanks in advance.
 
hey bro its good to see your making progress this diet is the shit!
im on it myself. try some full fat salad dressing preferably the kind in the produce section. i usually get blue cheese or ranch cause the carbs are 0-1 gram per serving. Also try some adams natural peanut butter just be sure you watch the carb count.
 
thanks for the reply, salad dressing is a maybe but i doubt the peanut butter would be viable. Im looking for a source of about 2k calories per day. I hate to eat shit like this straight, but, you do what you gotta do sometimes....
 
honestly bro, i dont even count the cals on this diet. i use peanut butter to get the xtra cals in as long as my carb count is below 60 for the day, i have nothing to worry about. I just got back from cancnun and i dieted like this b4 going along with some light winny to keep me hard and i got my bf down to 6%. i had the veins in my abs like crazy thats how lean i got. my stats, 5'11
202lbs. after your in this game a while you learn your body and you know how much food you need. As you know, fat is part of the NHE plan and my intake for the day is im guessing around
100 to 150 grams a day i dont know cause oi dont count.
 
hey buff600, thanks for the replies, but the bodybuilding diet is 30gm carbs or less per day, not 60 like the general diet. thats why pb wasnt really a good alternative.

Jetisin: it stands for Natural Hormonal Enhancement, very interesting read and diet works for dropping fat at least, i cant seem to get the bulking going very well for me due to the high amount of calories you must consume to bulk and stay under 30gm of carbs though. check out www.extique.com for the book.
