when i finish up this deca winnie stack in 5 more weeks i want to jump opn somethign else, to get to my goal.
the goal is nice retainable gains with lean muscle.

lovin the stack i am on right now, want noticing anything major with only half of week 3 under my belt but when comparing the before picture to yestturdays picture i was very excited,
also looking to find somethign to kill my hunger a little and take some pressure off of my liver, no pain or anything, just looking ahead. HOLLA.
