So today ill start the "blog" about the cycle, i just shot 100mg test p and 50mg npp, and i am looking so forward to this. I will post here like once a week with weight gain, strengh gain and so on. Wish me luck

Hi guys, 1 week done, i changed my cycle to what you guys said, after first shot, then i have done 100mg test p and 100mg npp eod. I gained 2kg exactly from when i started to now, like 9 days. The pumps getting more and more noticeble. I cant really tell anything about strengh gain because i am unsure if anything happend there yet. The injections are a little painfull the day after, but its okay, i think the muscles just have to get used to the shots.
Today I had a workout with extreme pump so after 7-9 days i can say no doubt i feel the effect. Thats the kickin for me. Loving it like Arnold said, its almost orgasme like
I really cant figure out if i should use white og brown rice in my rice and chicken meals, if I read about it, no doubt i should use brown rice, but if i look at my friends who are semi pro bodybuilders, i always see them using white rice, on bulk and also on cut, if the differents so big then?
interesting you mention that.... im friends with a couple who both compete, one in figure and the other in bodybuilding... they also tell me they eat white rice even during contest prep...
ive always eaten brown because i though it was better because it digests slower, but i guess after all there may not be much difference...
