yes thats what im thinking, its just if you read about it around the net, its like people say there is big difference and white rice isnt healthy and brown rice is like the most healthy food out there
. But if you can cut pre contest with white rice and chicken meals, like 100g white rice with 200g chicken every 3 hours, then white rice cant be that unhealthy. But the science say that white rice is regonized in the body as sugar, but how can you cut of with all that white rice then? I also eat brown rice, but it takes longer to cook, and white taste better
