Next cycle I plan to start next week...
Week 1-3, 13: Prop- 700, 525, 350, 350
Week 1-11: Deca- 500 (1g frontload)
Week 2-12: Test E- 750 (1.5g frontload)
Week 2-13: Adex- .75mg ED
Week 8-13: HCG- 500IU E5D
Week 15-18: Nolva- 40ED, 40ED, 20ED, 20ED
22 years old, 6'0, ~223, ~9-10%
4th cycle
Best Lifts: Bench: 415, Squat (ATG): 455, Dead: 625
obviously this will be a bulker... aiming for 5,500-6,000 cals a day and 400+g protein
any input is appreciated
