Next Cycle Advice Please

Hey guys, first i would like to state my previous cycle.
My previous cycle was as follows...
Sustanon250 500Mg a week. I got good gains but also gained some fat. I have noticed that a good portion of my life i have been at a high body fat percentage. I am tired of being high BF so i have decided that I am just going to start an extreme cut, without any gear though. And get to like 10-12%Bf.. Having this said I probably will lose allot of muscle but I am willing to do this. What I am asking is after I have this low bodyfat what next cycle can you guys recommend to put on some serious mass with the least amount of bodyfat. Thanks in advance guys
 
Well to cut i know what i need to do, i am going to eat 6-7 small melas a day high protein low carbs.. and cardio 2x a day.. From there I want to cycle to gain LBM. I was thinking TEST E and Tren A but, some people tell me test deca is better. So im still wondering. Also i have heard that when on tren u can eat massive amounts of cals and not gain BF actually drop BF.
 
i think you should cut first

cardio at least once per day and a clean diet

speaking of which, what is your diet?

and i'm not taking "diet is in check" for an answer.

Cutting is really just about diet, but this will actually help you with your cycle question. Once you get you diet truely in check use what you've learned there to keep your diet clean and you can gain weight on your next cycle with out gaining as much fat. There is alot of good info in the diet forum, but what is your planned diet like for cutting?
 
Wow thanks for the qucik reply swole, My stats are.
177 pounds, bodyfat around 18-19% i know its high lol... height 5 foot 9 age 22.
 
Therugger: I am going to get in 1.5G protein per pound bodyweight and only eat complex carbs. I will eat one serving of protein and one complex carb serving per meal. Lots of water and I might do some venom Thermo for a bit faster fat loss.
But my true question was what Gear to run for after the cut. because i will be skinny and probably weak after this cut.
 
do cardio twice per day

once in the AM empty stomach

eat chicken and green veggies every 3 hours

substitute chix for salmon, tuna or turkey

i like baby spinach leaves for greens

body's gotta work hard to grind that up

Yeah I know. What I was sayin is if you stick to a semi clean diet while on that next cycle you'll find you can do a bulkin cycle with most aas and not gain much excess bf. Normally a bad diet geared toward bulking is the culprit not actually ther aas your taking. Also if you just want to keep the lean look throughout cycle taking care of water weight with an AI for test and Dost for nandrolones. You can stay very lean on good ol' test!
 
I'm cutting right now. AM cardio. clean diet. I will be doing either only test or test/tren after I'm about 6%ish. this will be my 2nd cycle after 4 years!
goodluck with the cutting.. it sucks but it's soo worth it!!
 
Thanks for all the great replies guys, but still my original question has not been answered. What i wanted to know was... What should my next bulking cycle be? Test and Tren? or test deca?

What everybody says seems to be true but you might want to add a fat blocker. A friend of mine used Alli and he lost a lot of weight. You have to take extra fat soluble vitamines with it but it does cut down on the calories you get from fat. And all meals have some fat in them. But the down side is the fat just comes out in your shit. This makes it rather messy if you aren't ready for it. Bring a couple extra pairs of undershorts and pants you might need them until you get the hang of how it works. Personally this "problem" is a sign that it's doing it's job.

AFter you get a good grip on the diet thing I would start a test and tren cycle. That cut me up like no other thing I tried. That's why they give it to steers to give them lean beef production.
 
Thanks guys but would i gain good size on test primo? or on test tren? I am planning on bulking once i already have low bodyfat so i will like to just gain lean muscle tissue. Also what should my diet look like when i start those cycles?

u will gain good REAL size (not the bloated kind) from the primo. but u have 2 eat and keep your protein super high. tren is like a party drug imo. it is all show.
 
Guardian what would my diet look like when i do primo test enanthate? As for right now im going to extreme measures for cutting to get low BF. I dont care if i lose muscle right now because of this upcoming cycle im planning

5 foot 9 175 19% right now but i will be at like 10 ish before i start this cycle. So my body weight will definitely go down. Also I have heard primo is more for cutting. Is there another drug I could use for more muscle gain something less mild? or do you still recommend the primo?

that is a myth about cutting. people say that because it wont retain watter like test/deca. primo is one of the mildest steroids out there. it doesn't aromitize into estrogen and can have some weak anti-e properties. if u eat u will grow from primo and boy do i mean eat. i suggest for your height to start in the 4000 range with 300+ grams of protein.

primo is an anabolic versus test which is more androgenic (where the sides come from).

PM Nelson or Swole or AAP about their experiences with primo if u would like more feedback. the only downside is the cost but it is worth every penny.

yes. 4K from clean foods to start and adjust from their.
 
I think that will make me gain sooo much fat lol. but thanks. I think i might to test primo and tren. Its going to be a good 3 months from now anyway. This cut is going slowly. I just purchased Venom for thermo. Starting it tomorrow.

that is where the "adjustments" come into play.
 
"Adjustments" are one of the biggest parts on gains. I think lots of people get stuck in the same diet and training routines then wonder why gains have slowed or they didnt get "the same results as last time".

If you dont make adjustments based on what you are seeing happen with your body on a weekly basis, you arent maximizing your potential.

I agree, totally. Hey guardian do you know of any link that will show me the clean foods i can use for 4k calories. Guys i have decided to use testosterone enanthate. But im not sure if i can use primo because its way to expensive, do you guys have any other alternatives that will give me Lean gains? and not tren either please

I dont have a link per se but I could come up with a basic list. You could also post a thread in the diet forum and those guys (me included) will give input.

Protein Sources (if u r having trouble eating enough calories drop the lean meat and get fattier cuts. the 9 extra calories really helps): Chicken, ground turkey, canned tuna, fish, lean ground beef, lean cuts of red meat, egg whites with a few yolks, shellfish (shrimp, scallops, etc.).

Carb/Fiber Sources: Steal cut oats, 100% whole wheat starches - pasta,bread (i like ezekial bread. it is a complete protein as well), fresh veggies (broc, asparagus, spinach, lettuce, tomatoes), yams, sweet potatoes, whole grain rice.

As far as an alternative to primo you may want to try EQ.
