I was called out a while back and things have been sketchy as far as getting things set up due to Tboy is moving to a new place. Anyway, I am trying to make it official and get this thing rolling.
Contests ends April 30. I don't know if we are going with "most improved" or just "overall best" or maybe even a combo of both
I am trying to concentrate on my back, wheels (especially wheels since they are lagging the most),losing more BF, and posing. If you will notice my right calf muscle looks pitiful and the reason is that my right ankle is fused so I can move it at all. My current stats are 38 yrs old, 6'5" tall, 243 lbs and 13%BF (according to my calipers).
