Next Contest..Goldprospector vs. Tboy72

I was called out a while back and things have been sketchy as far as getting things set up due to Tboy is moving to a new place. Anyway, I am trying to make it official and get this thing rolling.
Contests ends April 30. I don't know if we are going with "most improved" or just "overall best" or maybe even a combo of both

I am trying to concentrate on my back, wheels (especially wheels since they are lagging the most),losing more BF, and posing. If you will notice my right calf muscle looks pitiful and the reason is that my right ankle is fused so I can move it at all. My current stats are 38 yrs old, 6'5" tall, 243 lbs and 13%BF (according to my calipers).
Here are my current pics as of Feb 12. I don't remember how to post them on this page without a link...if anyone wants to tell me how then I will.

Yea where's this TBoy? Hit those legs hard and diet up juice up and you'll be fine
 
Tboy has been moving and he does not have his computer set back up yet...He has been using a friends computer to send me the PM's.
Yeah, diet is where I need the work. I plan on hitting cardio as hard as I can to try not to lose any muscle. But it is difficult to lose fat when your TSH #'s are in the .580 range...but I have lost about 17%BF in the last 1 1/2 years. So it is working, slowly but surely
 
If I could remember how to post the pics up in the thread...then I would. I did it before but I can;t remember how I did it. So if anyone wants to shoot me the instructions on how to do it then I will. I plan on posting progress pics along the way.
