So still wondering what to do on my next blast phase , it is sometime away probably only october sometime , currently closing out my “bulker” which was sust dbol deca and now finishing with oral winny. Wont be trying deca again anytime soon, was ok, sides were low, but towards the end of the bulker libido dropped off sharply and became more “emotional” probably progesterone based , felt like I was on clomid again.
Well will be taking a break and cruising on sust only low dose for 8 weeks or so , and using this time to get to 10 percent or damn close using IF diet which I already started 2 weeks ago.
Coming to my summer blast phase , I want to use the IF diet , concentrating on maintaining the low body fat or even lowering it while adding what quality muscle I can, I am done for now with being bloated and smooth in the constant battle to achieve high bodyweight figures, now just want quality over quantity.
My two thoughts now stand at something like what either rickrock is on (test/mast), or prop tren mast , I am trying to avoid being a pincushion and the thought of 3ml daily is scaring me a bit.
Ideally I wanted the :
Week 1-10 test prop / tren a / mast a ed (or was considering running low dose sust with the others higher )
Or
Week 1-12 sust / mast e
Week 5 -12 tren a ed or winny ed
Some input would be great on which or neither , maybe even just test / mast for a feel good summer cycle .

Weight 218 today
Bodyfat : prob round 14% but dropping steadily
Training many many years
Cycles – too many to mention, used most compounds in varying doses
