Whats up,
For about a month now , i have been reading these boards and have got some truly valuable info.Im now a Vodka and diet 7up drinker.So decided to sign up so instead of just reading the boards , i can interact also, so I just wanted to introduce myself b/c not only am i a newcomer to this board , im also a newcomer in the world of dieting,excersing,and weightlifting.So im sure i'll have plenty of questions to ask.Oh yeah one more thig.........FUCK MUSCLE-TECH
