figure out what type of workout you are looking for, what your goals are, etc. and then do a search first. You may be surprised at what you find on these boards.
 
and more important than the training is you diet. find out your BMR and go from there. Add 500 calories a day if you are trying to gain weight and to lose (add in some cardio), cut about 300 a day drop the carbs down to 35% and up your protein intake to 45% and leave the fats at 20%.
