Dumb question here, anyways when you talk about amps, is for eg 20 amps of test cyp, 20 mil of test cyp in 20 small 1 mil vials?

Well it could be. What does it say on the label ?

generally 1 amp = 1 cc = 1 ml, 10cc in a typical vial

No. You are mixing terms.

"amps" are simply the small ampules with snap-off tops that hold injectable fluids. They contain what is marked on the outside of it. For example ....
1 ml of 50 mg of test p.

1 amp could be 1cc or ml, however you need to check the consistency as it may be a stronger solution. eg. 1ml could have a 250mg solution in it.
