hey guys ive been reading alot and gaining great info from your site now i got a quick quest. im 21 160, 5'10. im athletic with a metabo on over drive and been working out for about a year. (no more h2o polo after the shoulder injury) i have really been thinking about trying test but i dont know if im completley informed on it, so i think ill wait a while. i wanna put about 10lbs of clean cut muscle on. would anavar be a good route for me at my age and my goals. greatly appreciate any help..thanks
 
If I were you, I would continue to work on my diet and routine. Post them up for us. I'm not one of those who advocates reaching your "gentic limit" or "training for 10 years natural" before juicing, but at 5'10" 160 ibs, you really do not need it.
 
i think diet is gonna be my most important, being a college student its pretty tough...i should try to plan out my meals weekly and invest in tupper wear. with finals and tests its hard to fit in full meals sometimes.
 
I'm a full time student, and yes I carry tupper wear containers with me everywhere I go. What do you consider to be a full meal? If you are eating 10 times a day, your meals are not going to be extremely large. 800 calories can be inhaled in under a minute, and I doubt you are knocking down 4000 calories a day. If you do not have your diet down, steroids are almost worthless. What does your current diet and training routine look like?
 
You need to put more time into your diet and training before you go sticking yourself. Damn I tell you this daily!
 
...these are basic principles...diet & training everyone should know that ... I have little tolerance for people who want to take juice and get jacked without putting in the work and discipline to diet correctly.

Go get synthol and a Big Mac it will be easier.
 
diet is:
break:4 eggs, natural oatmeal with rasins, glass of milk, slice of toast with penut butter.
snack:can of tuna or chicken breast, glass of milk,fruit
lunch:chicken or tuna sandwhich, salad, fruit
snack:penut butter wheat toast sand
dinner:either steak, salmomn, or chicken with a small pasta, brown rice
snack:chicken breast

-this is what i try to do, but being a student somedays get to hectic to get from camous to my house. I NEEEDDD to plan better
-training-i have 2 hour hockey practice 3 days a week
im in the gym 3 to 4 a week,
day 1:back and triceps
day 2:chest & legs
day 3:biceps and shoulders
day 4:if i have time something fun
i try to mix abs in, with my low body fat there right there...
***i try to stick to this plan, i need to get a calender and do this as a check list to keep on top of it during busy weeks**
 
i am new to this and i will put in the time and effort in. i just wanted some good info on anavar, not biased reports from the net. i am now investing in tupperwear and planning out my meals weekly, i would not stick myself for a while i just want to gain as my info as possible...thanks for the help guys
 
Dude has the fastest metabolism you will ever see, has some stomach issues though with whey. He's was taking andro pre workout for awhile and has made significant gains. You're going to have to let your bod recuperate from the andro b4 u hit it with anything else anyway.
 
ZK, since you know him, make sure he is eating breat without hydrogenated oil, and natty pb. I know you've read post of mine about how hydrogenated oils can reduce gains.
