Please, if you are new or don't post up regularly, Please post up your STATS : which are age, height, weight, bf % estimate, diet (marco's and calories), and training history.
This helps us deturmine what will be best for you, whether we design a cycle or tell you to wait because you havn't training nearly long enough or are too young.
There has been too many posts just asking what would be best or what to take, not a lot of research has been done. Please do your research before posting too!
