Newbies first cycle with low dosages

From an earlier post:

First post here, hope to not screw it up. Been training clean for ~10 years when I decided to get sum gear. I got a lot of pink thai dbols and was in no hurry to get bigger. I started at 1 per day (5 mg) , only on days when I trained (5/wk). After 3-4 weeks my results were like midcycle of a 12 wk creatine cycle. Bench went from 315 for 4-5 to 315 for 7-8, max from 365 to 385. Gained 3-4 pounds bdywt. After 3-4 more weeks at 2 per day, results were like the end of a 12 wk creatine cycle. Bench went to 315 for 10-12, max at 405. Gained 6-8 pounds bdywt, some of it prolly water. That was my "first cycle".
 
fish - no sides that I could tell.

Stiff - I probably wouldn't see much from that much either now. My last cycle I was up to 25 mg/day at the midcycle peak ( for 2 weeks).
 
Both Larry Scott and Dave Draper did almost exactly the same thing for their first contest prep cycles. Scott says the gains he got on 2-bol a day were most probably because it stimulated his appetite alot.

I guess if you are taking the dose the first thing in the morning you won't inhibit natural t production much either.
