Damn guys, lay off the newbies, and yes Im probably one of them .Although I try to follow edicate.But alot of people come here to learn about what they need to know in future and doing a search isn't always as rewarding to the info one is seeking.I just get tiered of seeing "do a search" when Ive already done one or see that someone else has said they already did one .If you dont want to answer the ? then dont.There i feel better know

just kidding, bro. if you've exhausted the search engine (which you should) then just post your question and make it clear that you've already tried the search. you shouldn't get flamed unless the question is rediculous.....

This is bullshit when the same posts come up. Its annoying. It waste space and can easily be found.

If newbs used common sense this can all be easily avoided.

I have yet to see flaming when the person asking the question makes it clear that they have done a search already and not got the specific answer they were looking for.
